"Authenticity is important, from the clothes you wear to the words you share" - Here at Gloss2floss we have a zero-tolerance policy for replicas. All the wholesalers we get our products from are verified  sellers by the brands we sell. 

Shipping

1.  How long will it take for my order to be shipped out?


 Orders are dispatched within the same business day  Monday-Saturday but can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to arrive depending upon your location. If you have any other questions or comments about shipping feel free to send us an email, we will respond as soon as possible (within an hour).


2. What shipping providers does Gloss2floss use?


We use USPS priority shipping and/or first class shipping for phone cases and phone accessories.

Returns/Refunds

1. Does Gloss2floss accept returns?


Yes we  offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.


2. When am I no longer eligible for a refund?


After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and will not receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product within the first few days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. 


3. Outside of the 30 days, what other reasons would I not be able to receive a refund?


We do not accept or give refunds if the item does not come back how it was originally sent out (i.e damaged or missing parts). We take pictures and inspect every item prior to shipping them out. We also do not give 

refunds due to a change of mind. 


4. How do I go about getting a refund?


You can send us an email or give us a call by visiting our contact us page,  If you send us an  email please put the order number, your full name and the reason for your return.


5. How long will it take for me to receive a full refund?


The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card  and Apple pay payments it may take up to  3-7 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.  For Pay Pal payments it make take up to 1-5 business for a refund to show up in your account.

Warranty Policy

1. What is your Warranty Policy and how long does it last?


 Our warranty policy is the following:


Products Covered: All Products (except  "final sale" items)

Warranty Period: 365 days from date of purchase

Warranty Coverage: Defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Warranty Exclusions: Damage caused by normal wear and tear, damage from handling the product outside of normal use, or modification of the product ex. scratches or dents on a phone case. 

Solution: Product will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value.
